Hanami Matsuri
There is a park right across the street from Honda that hosted a cherry blossom viewing event tonight. The cherry blossoms are pretty much in full bloom now. I just walked out of work and met Heather and the kids at the park. Super convenient. There were little food stands set up and pretty lanterns surrounding the area. We got chocolate covered bananas for dessert. And our friend, Charlotte, from New Zealand joined us. She is great with the kids and is our babysitter too! Plus there were not very many people there. It was just quiet and cozy actually. And the kids had a blast just running around for 3 hours straight!
