Japan Prices
Japan prices confuse me. I went to a sort of CVS/Walgreens style store yesterday called Daiso. I needed to pick up some basic needs. As I walked around I couldn’t really find prices marked on anything. I was just making mental notes about how much I guessed stuff would be. Plus I needed all of it, so it wasn’t like price was going to affect my decision.
If I were playing The Price is Right… these would be my guesses…
I bought 9 items. So on average they were $1.01 each. I think that’s pretty crazy.
Then later I went to the grocery and saw some grapes.
One bunch of grapes was $18.27!! I have no clue what these could have tasted like.
So the lesson of today is don’t play The Price is Right in Japan. You will surely lose.

Daiso, Seria and Can do are the most famous just 100yen shop in Japan.
In 10 years ago, quality was not so good but from 5 years ago, every products are useful and super cheap.
I highly recommend to go to buy some stuff.

Its like the Dollar store here. They have no prices on anything. Everything is a dollar. I love that store.
